Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here’s our cancellation policy:

Participant Cancellations

• 3+ days before event: 100% refund or full credit for a future event.

• 2 days before event: 50% refund or credit.

• Less than 2 days before event: No refund, but you can transfer your booking to another participant.

Pagdandi Trails Cancellations

• If an event is canceled due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, participants will receive:

  • A full refund or

  • Credit for the next scheduled event.

No-Show Policy

• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
